Academic Qualifications:
Applicants need bachelor's degree (any field) with 45% marks minimum. Valid GMAT/CAT/IIM score required.
Dr. Rameshwar Ture earned his Ph.D from Department of Management, IIT Madras in 2015. He has completed master’s degree in human resource development and management from IIT Kharagpur and Aeronautical Engineering degree from AeSI, New Delhi. His current research interests are in gig economy, career management and green HRM. He is fascinated with current opportunities and challenges posed to HR academicians &/or practitioners by gig economy and digitization. He serves as a reviewer to several reputed journals.
Over the years he has taught Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Conflict Management and Negotiations, and leadership subjects to MBA and executive MBA students. He has taught Research Methodology in Management for doctoral candidates. He is involved in conducting executive education and MDP sessions to middle and senior executives.
Dr. Ture is involved with New Delhi-based CII-ITC Centre for Excellence for Sustainable Development (CESD) as a business sustainability assessor for best sustainable company award since 2014. He is a recipient of best sustainability accessor award from CII-ITC CESD.
Vivek Kumar is a faculty member and chairperson of the strategy area at IIM Kashipur. He is a fellow of XLRI Jamshedpur specializing in strategic management and also holds a degree in electrical and electronics engineering from BITS-Pilani. Before entering academics, he was associated with the research and development departments of Mercedes-Benz and IFB Industries.

His research interests lie in the areas of CSR, sustainability, and green innovation. His research has been published in top-rated journals such as the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of Small Business Management. He has designed and delivered many management development programs (MDPs) for organizations such as Bharat Electronics Ltd, Indian Oil Corporation, Defence Research and Development Organization, Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (a program of the Government of India and the World Bank), and District Industries Cluster of Government of Uttarakhand. He has also been a consultant for the Indian Council for Forest Research and Education under the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change (Government of India).
